½ Cup MightyBee fresh frozen coconut meat thawed 90g
1 Cup mango (use frozen for thicker texture) 160g
½ Cup MightyBee virgin coconut water 130g
½ + ½ kiwi fruit
¼ Cup + ¼ Cup coconut flakes 24g
1 small carrot steamed (optional)
1 Tablespoon cacao nibs 8g
Cinnamon
Fruit of choice
Blend together the coconut meat, the mango, the coconut water, half of the kiwi, ¼ cup coconut flakes and the carrot. The carrot is optional, it enhances the colour of your smoothie bowl and thickens the texture a little.
After blending, pour the smoothie in your bowl and top with the other half of the kiwi, ¼ cup of coconut flakes, cacao nibs and a dash of cinnamon. Complete it with your fruit of choice. There are tangerine slices in this picture. If your mango is big, you can dice the leftover and add it to your smoothie bowl as a decoration ☀
