Carefully hand-scooped and freshly frozen within 24 hours after harvest, MightyBee Coconut Meat is rich in living enzymes and a good source of protein, fibre and calcium.

This coconut meat is ready to eat once defrosted. Once defrosted, DO NOT REFREEZE.

After defrosted, if unopened, will last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
 Once opened, consume within 24 hours. Packed fresh frozen at source in Thailand.

Please be aware the coconut meat might contain brown husks. Remove before consumption.
