Creamy Raw Coconut Milk

Ingredients

1 cup MightyBee virgin coconut meat

1 cup dry/shredded coconut

4 cups water

small pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

1 Tablespoon coconut nectar or sweetener of choice

Method

1. Blend MightyBee virgin coconut meat, dry coconut flakesand water together. Filter through a nut milk bag (or a cheese cloth or a strainer with very fine mesh) to get rid of excess fibre.

2. Blend again with salt, vanilla and coconut nectar.

It keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days. Shake before drinking.
